Oleksiy Rudenko (hereinafter referred to as the “author”) has built the Merge Slides web application (hereinafter referred to as the “app”). This SERVICE is provided by Oleksiy Rudenko at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding the author’s policies with regards to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and Personal Data if anyone decided to use the app.

The app collects information to provide better service to you. Any information collected during the app installation or authentication process is collected and stored by Google services and following Google API Services User Data Policy.
Some information is collected for the time of immediate service rendering:
- your user id, user name, user email - to enable authenticatied access to the files on Google Drive you have access to, and to support sign out process
- Slides content - to render the previews and final output
- Google Drive file and directory listing - to offer a location for the output result storage, and to check if the output file may overwrite any existing file, while the decision is up to the user
Other information can be created during the service and will then be stored along with the resulting file and/or in your browser’s cache for future re-use. This information comprises cached data from source files, slides thumbnails created during service render and stored for optimization purposes.
What information is not collected
No other information beside the above mentioned is being collected.

Security
The author values your trust in providing the app your Personal Information, thus the author is striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, strongly relying on means provided by Google. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the author cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites may not be operated by the author. Therefore, the author strongly advises you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The author does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case the author discovers that a child under 13 has provided the author or the app with personal information, the author immediately deletes this from any storages in author’s reach.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the author or the app with personal information, please contact the author so that the author will be able to do necessary actions.

The author may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The author will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
